Loan Modification Companies
PLEASE do not give any money to a loan modification company. I have only heard sad stories about homeowners giving thousands of dollars to these companies so they can "negotiate" different terms for your loan.
If you need to talk to somebody, please call one of my mortgage brokers, your current loan servicer or a free government-approved counselor (888-995-4673).
