My mission is to provide my clients with exceptional real estate services based on the highest standard of ethics, values and an unwavering commitment to client care. I understand that buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction. It’s about moving to the next chapter of your life. I take great care in advising my clients based on what their needs are and I will never lose sight of the trust and responsibility bestowed upon me by each and every client.

I’m proud to say that every year over 80% of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients. I’ve had the pleasure of representing clients from all over Denver and Castle Rock.

Outside of my real estate business, I enjoy spending of time with my wife and two sons in Centennial. I love to cook for friends and family, ride my road bike, spend time in the mountains and climb a 14er or two (7 down, only 47 to go!). I’ve lived in Virginia, Okinawa, Japan and Vienna, Austria and have been fortunate enough to travel to many countries throughout the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

My family and I love giving back to the community. We support Rebuilding Together Metro Denver, Food Bank of the Rockies and families of our school that don’t always have enough to get by. We also give to others throughout the year as the opportunity arises.

What is a CRS?

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 40,000 active CRS Designees nationwide.

To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, every Realtor must have significant experience and demonstrate a large volume of real estate transactions or gross sales, as well as complete rigorous educational requirements. It is the only designation that requires both high levels of education AND performance!

Recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets around the world, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that the agents who have earned it have the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence they require.

The CLHMS designation is awarded to Institute Members with documented sales performance in the top 10% of their market. Drew is consistently in the top 2% of agents nationwide based on closed transactions.
