Drew has always enjoyed helping others in need and has become inspired to give back to the community in a more meaningful way.

Anytime Drew helps a client buy or sell a home, he will donate a percentage of his earnings to charity, with the majority going to Rebuilding Together Metro Denver. His wife and two sons will be directing the other portion to the charities of their choice.

Drew is also spearheading the RTMD Seller Donation Program. This program allows sellers to donate a portion of their net proceeds from the sale of their home directly to RTMD. Agents participating in the program are able to match all or a portion of their client’s donation as well. A donation to RTMD… a tax write-off for the seller… a tax write-off for the agent… EVERYONE WINS!

Rebuilding Together Metro Denver

Here is just a sampling of the power of our contribution to Rebuilding Together:

$5 – purchases switch plates and the insulation behind them to keep out drafts

$10 – gets a safety bar for the bathroom or a shower bench to prevent falls

$25 – buys a smoke detector or carbon monoxide monitor for that extra peace of mind

$50 – covers the cost for enough paint to spruce up three rooms in a home

$100 – buys a small window for the basement to keep out the cold and other unwanted critters

$450 – purchases a hot water heater; we get requests every day for these

$3,500– replaces a furnace
