Upcoming Auction
There is an auction of bank owned homes on May 17th and 18th at the Denver Marriott.
If you’re interested in attending and/or bidding on a home, I would be happy to accompany you. This can be a good opportunity to buy a discounted property.
You can download the list of homes that will be auctioned on the 18th (South Denver). I suggest saving the file to your computer.
The web site should answer most of your other questions.
I would be happy to do the required research for any home(s) you may be interested. I will also accompany you to inspect the home on May 10th and be with you on the auction day (18th).
