Update: S&P/Case-Shiller Home-Price Index
From July ’08 to August ’08, there was no change in the Denver index.
From June ’08 to July ’08, the Denver index was up 0.8%.
From August ’07 to August ’08, the Denver index was down 5.1%. Of the 20 cities tracked, we had the 4th BEST return during that period.
