Lower FHA limits
HUD has announced that the maximum loan limits for FHA financing will decrease as of October 1st, 2011. In the Denver Metro area the maximum FHA loan will decrease to $368,000 starting on October 1st. If you're thinking about using FHA financing to buy a home and the loan amount will be above $368,000, please make sure you get started now.
