Two more reasons…
Two more reasons you should have an agent represent you in the purchase of a new construction home:
1. Did a sewer scope yesterday and found a "belly" in the line with standing water.
2. Noticed that the high-end pad that the buyer chose felt awfully thin. Took some of the carpet back and buyer was pretty sure it was wrong. Confirming this morning. Stay tuned!
Neither of these items would have been found if my client didn't have me on their side!
