Home prices in the Denver metro area rise for 15th straight month!
Home prices in metro Denver rose 9.8 percent in March from a year earlier, marking the 15th straight month of year-over-year gains, according to the Standard & Poor's/Case Shiller home-price index, released Tuesday.
