At a time when just getting a job is the top concern of most college grads, buying a home can seem like nothing but a distant fantasy.
But some parents are still working to get their kids into the housing market by co-signing for homes and helping them fund purchases they believe — despite recent troubles in the housing sector — are a better investment than renting.
