Gingerbread House in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn
With its pitched roof, eyebrow dormers, and uncut stone facade, Gingerbread House in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, has a storybook-like feel. The Arts-and-Crafts home was built in 1918 by James Sarsfield Kennedy, who also designed the Crescent Athletic Club boathouse in Brooklyn Heights and Prospect Park’s Picnic House.
