Most expensive flip ever?
Bill Ackman, billionaire hedge fund manager, recently closed on a 13,500 square foot duplex on floors 75 and 76 of One57 for $91,500,000. The lavish tower is located just south of Central Park. He plans to flip it. Another duplex just sold in the building for $100,500,000, so I think he’s on the right track!
