The weeks that followed consisted of frequent updates about the process and what we could expect from the listing and showing our home. During that time, Drew was very thorough and honest of how to get things show ready, including staging and photography. A special touch that really impressed us were the high quality cards he placed around the home accenting upgrades for potential buyers. As you left through the front door there was a card sharing neighborhood highlights and distances to local attractions.

After our initial showing, we had multiple bids. Drew took the time to inform us every step of the way about the highlights of each. We were then presented with a compressive summary of every bid side by side. This highlighted the pros and cons of each. When we’d touch base, he would always ask for our opinion first before sharing his, and he shared his knowledge based on his experience in the industry. Together, we were able to make a quick and thoughtful decision. After accepting a final bid, the ease of the process continued. We were well informed of deadlines and provided with plenty of resources to meet the buyer’s requests. As a result of Drew’s thoroughness, closing was a breeze and took less than an hour.
