“Working with Drew was a little piece of home sweet home: comfortable, familiar, safe and exciting! My husband and I were very new to the home buying process and in this market, we needed someone whose expertise would deliver us fast results while ensuring we felt secure in our decision. Drew provided both of these things and THEN SOME.

Shopping for a home with Drew was always a positive experience. Not once did we ever feel pressure from him to make a decision which was a relief because this market is pressure enough! As we shopped for homes, Drew quickly understood what we were looking for and was able to help us weed out the winners from the losers.

Our perfect home ended up being one of Drew’s personal listings and he matched us up with his sellers prior to the house going on the market. I think this is an example of his class and family values. He could have let the home go on the market, have 20-30 offers to review with his sellers and potentially get an even bigger success fee as a result. Instead he knew what a great fit it would be for both parties and we were able to close the deal privately.

As I write this review, I am sipping a cup of coffee, looking out the french doors of our back patio and taking in our view of the Rocky Mountains. My baby is sound asleep in her room upstairs and being in this home has been the greatest gift for our family.
