Piney Creek Estates is located just north of Arapahoe Road, on the east side of Parker Road. The Estates is a highly sought after enclave of about 130 homes, located within the Piney Creek community.

The neighborhood is just 10 minutes from the Denver Tech Center (DTC) and I25 and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. There is easy access to Cherry Creek Trail and Cherry Creek Reservoir.
