You think prices are high now?
According to the Denver Business Journal’s article, the Denver metro area’s population is expected to increase from 2,814,330 in 2015 to 4,288,189 in 2040. Colorado’s net population growth is averaging ~50,000 people annually. To meet the 2040 projection, that number would need to be ~35,000 people annually. Not everyone moves into the Denver metro area, but 4 million still seems very likely.
