April real estate update
It’s wild out there!
- THERE IS NO BUBBLE. In fact, compared to the bubble of 2008, we have the exact opposite situation… no inventory and very high demand. The only thing that will balance the market is a significant influx of inventory. This will take time.
- Rates are expected to increase some over the next year. This will not cause a drop in prices. Historically, it doesn’t affect sales volume much either.
- Buyers need to have the right mindset and complete their “homework” before shopping for a new home. If you missed my video from last month, watch it here…
